Q: Where is the best place to do the filming?
A: I recommend the place you are most comfortable, normally in your own home.
Q: Can I have someone to support me on the day?
A: Yes of course, however they will need to remember not to talk or laugh when you are answering questions.
Q: How long does the setup of equipment take?
A: This generally takes around half an hour to get everything in the right place for the best lighting and camera angles.
Q: My home is very small, will your equipment still be able to be setup?
A: The equipment used has been chosen specifically with small places in mind so I am confident it will be manageable.
Q: Will it be possible to have breaks during the filming?
A: Absolutely, a cup of tea or a quick walk in the fresh air will give you time to reflect on the questions asked and your answers in case you think of anything you'd like to add, or remove.
Q: How long will it be from the filming day before I receive my legacy film?
A: We make every effort to turn this around within 2 weeks, this can be prioritised if necessary.
Q: Can I see the film prior to the final product being delivered?
A: Yes, we actively encourage your feedback so that your legacy film is something you will treasure and want to share.
Q: Can you film 2 people together?
A: Yes
Q: Can my film be shared with anyone I choose?
A: Yes
Q: What payments do you accept?
A: Online bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. 50% of package cost is to be paid at time of booking. Prices exclude GST.
